Cassie Alston is an Inquirer in the ordination process of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is working as a summer intern in the Presbytery of Mississippi. Cassie has a master’s degree in Christian Education from Union Theological Seminary and is currently a student at Columbia Theological Seminary working on her Master of Divinity degree. She has served as Director of Children’s Ministry at Briarwood Presbyterian Church and Director of Christian Education at Fondren. Cassie and her husband Sheldon have been members of Fondren since 1995. They have three adult sons: Sheldon, Miles, and Gray.
