Fondren Presbyterian’s Spiritual Engagement Ministry (SEM) committee presents Chapter Next: Living Antiracism.
Chapter Next is a nine-month programming series that offers a unique look into what it means to realign our thinking and our living toward active antiracism and the work of dismantling systemic racism in our culture and even in the larger church.
Our guides on this journey of relationship building, personal growth, and community engagement are Susan Glisson, former director of the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation, and her colleague at Sustainable Equity, Charles Tucker.
Join us via Zoom for the next thought-provoking session with Susan and Charles. You do not need to have attended any previous sessions to participate.
To sign up for the monthly series, contact the church office. If you have any questions about Chapter Next, contact SEM committee co-chairs Gerry Wilson or Stan Wilkinson.
Chapter Next: Living Antiracism is made possible with funding from the Lilly Endowment through a Columbia Theological Seminary reKindle grant and additional funding from the Presbytery of Mississippi Church Development/Redevelopment ministry.
